Club Rules

We want all of our guests to be able to relax and enjoy themselves. While you are with us, please make note of the following rules:

General Rules

  • Usagi Warehouse is an 18+ venue. As much as we love our friends under 18; this is unfortunately not the place for you. If you are found underage- you will be asked to leave or removed.

  • There is a Zero Tolerance policy for harassment of any kind. This includes any kind of abuse, bullying, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, racism, etc. If a conduct warning is issued; there will not be a second. Repeat offenders will not be permitted within the venue.

  • As much as we love our minions and weapons, please kindly leave both at the door (Unless otherwise requested)

  • Our venue is here for everyone to enjoy and have fun. As such, we never want anyone to feel uncomfortable or pressured by staff or other patrons. If at any point another patron or staff member is making you uncomfortable- please send a tell with "Usagi" to anyone with a green or yellow tag. We will come to assist, no questions asked

  • While in the public spaces of the venue, we require all patrons and staff to be in SFW attire. If you are dressed inappropriately, you may be asked to change. We also ask that you be respectful with anything else publicly displayed such as titles or moodles. Once again- if it's inappropriate, you may be asked to change it.

RP Rules

  • YOU MUST BE 18+ TO ENGAGE IN ANY COMPANION SERVICE (SFW/NSFW)

  • Respect is at the foundation of all the services and experiences we provide and host: Consent is required by all parties. This goes for interactions with our Companions as well as other patrons.

  • While we love our Lalafell guests, they are excluded from our NSFW services. SFW services are available at the companion's discretion.

  • All services are non-refundable (Rainchecks are available at Companion discretion)

  • Companions have the right to cancel any session at any time.

  • We use a red-yellow-green safe word system: please ask staff if you have questions.
